Greenhouse and High Tunnel Workshop in Mtn. Grove

Planned for Oct. 17-18

MTN. GROVE –– A “Greenhouse and High Tunnel Workshop” will be held Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 17 – 18 at the Missouri State Fruit Experiment Station, Darr College of Agriculture, 9740 Red Spring Road, Mountain Grove.

The cost for the program is $50 which includes lunch for both days and educational materials.

Persons interested in specialty crop production in greenhouses and high tunnels should attend.

The workshop features presentations on oyster mushrooms in high tunnels, tomatoes, peppers and eggplants, ginger, turmeric and microgreens, bedding plant production, evolution of the greenhouse industry, innovations in transplant production and grafting, and on-site tours.
