Black Oak – Donna Dodson

In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

– Genesis 1:1-12

Pastor David opened Sunday School after we sang. He read Psalm 33:1-9 for the Devotion then dismissed us to class. We sure missed Brother Roy.

Brother Bobby Turley took up the tithes and offerings. Zoe Shull and AnnaBelle Johnson did the penny march for Camp Piland.

Pastor David sang then preached God’s message from Psalm 32:1-5.

Please pray with us for Kristi, Theta, Honie, Roy, Lois, Betty, Camille, Mike, Becky, Norma, Pete, Helen, Quin, Reece, Joe, Dana, Dara, Howard, Wanda, Jim, Ricky, Chase, all cancer patients, sick, unsaved, unspoken, military, bereaved, law enforcement, judges and lawyers, country and leaders, teachers, our children and each other.

Sunday evening began with singing. We had good testimonies. Pastor David sang, then preached God’s message from Matthew 6:19-21. Lay up treasures in heaven. What we do here for God will be our reward in heaven. May God bless you all this week.
