Sharon ArnoldSharon Kay Arnold, 75 years, 3 months, 6 days old, passed peacefully to Heaven on August 1, 2018 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MO with her family and friends by her side.

Sharon was born April 26, 1943 in Osceola, Nebraska to Henry John and Arlene Cecil (Dunning) Ihnen.

Sharon and Mike Brammer were united in marriage in Chariton, IA and were blessed with two sons, Scott and Rick.

Sharon was a Christian and a active member of Cold Creek Cowboy Church in Ava, MO. She enjoyed her dogs, collecting rocks, and community music. Her joy was being with her family and friends. Sharon was always giving and loving. The Lord shined through her!

Sharon was a retired dog breeder, which she did in Iowa and Missouri. She also was a cook at the Carlisle Community School in Carlisle, IA and in addition she worked at Diamond Lab Inc. in Des Moines, IA. 

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her two sons, Scott and Rick Brammer, one brother, Merle Ihnen, and two infant siblings. 

She is survived by four siblings, Janice Welch, Bill Ihnen, Sandi Ihnen, and Dennis Ihnen, three grandchildren, great grandchildren, 14 nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.  

Memorial services for Sharon will be announced at a later date and time.

Burial of her cremains will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Chariton, IA at a later date. Memorials may be made to Cold Creek Cowboy Church, Ava, MO or Mount Zion Cemetery, Chariton, IA.
