BOOKS-N-BITS From the Douglas County Public Library

We would like to thank everyone who supported the Friends of the Library Book Sale last month, as well as the volunteers who set it all up. One of the ongoing projects the Friends funds go for is the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, whereby all registered children from birth to age 5 receive one age-appropriate book each month. This is absolutely free to the child and the parents, and a good way to help start children on the reading path. Registration forms may be picked up at the Douglas County Public Library.
