Black Oak Church

“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need,” Hebrews 4:16.

Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after we sang. He read Ephesians 4: 7-13 for the devotion then dismissed us to class. Prayer was given by Richard Potter.

Please help us pray for all our families, Wanda Goss, June Dodson, Veda Bushong, Betty Satterfield, Turley family, Gene McSwain, Helen and Pete Workman, John and Zamber Little and family, Dana Brazeal, Howard Strong, Braden’s mommy, Jaki Lafferty, all sick, unsaved, unspoken, military, law enforcement, country and leaders, lawyers and judges, teachers and students, all bereaved, and each other.

Brother Richard took up the tithes and offerings.

Braden Lansdown and Annabelle Johnson did the penny march for Camp Piland. They are so adorable and precious to God’s work.

We had specials by Wanda Goss, Norma Corpeling, Tiffanee Satterfield, Braden Johnson, and Annabelle. We also had great testimonies.

Pastor David sang then preached God’s message from Luke 6:12-16, John 15:16, and I Peter 2:9. God’s chosen.

Sunday evening began with singing. Pastor David sang a special then turned the pulpit over to Brother Richard Potter to bring the message. He used Matthew 16:1-4, 24: 1-15, I Timothy 4:1-3, Jeremiah 9:12, Revelations 22:7, 12-13, 20. Great message. Folks get prepared, the King is Coming.

Please join us at Black Oak if you need a church family to worship with. We would love to have you here.

May God bless you all this week.
