Our morning service began with Bro. Dee greeting all with a good morning. We had prayer requests and prayer to bless them by Bro. John. We had the pledges to the flags and to the Bible. We sang for Jesus. We took up our Sunday school gifts with Bro. Gregg blessing them. Sunday school began with the classes going to their places. Bro. Bob greeted all with a good morning. He used Numbers 12:1-16 for the lesson. It was a good lesson. The young ones gathered up the Coins For Christ. We sang Happy Birthday to Ed Robertson and Happy Anniversary to Ed and Phyllis Robertson. They’ve been together 59 years. It was time to sing for the Lord. The choir was in good voice. We gathered up the church gifts and they were blessed by Bro. Gregg. We had specials from “The Group” consisting of Bro. Gregg, Bro. John, Bro. Don, Sister Carla, Sister Stacey and Bro. Dee. They did a good job. Sister Shirley gave a testimony.
Bro. Gregg opened with some comments before he gave us a message from the Lord. He was glad to see everyone in church. He told us that Bro. Don Lunn would be preaching the evening service. Bro. Gregg prayed before he began his message. He used scripture from Galatians 1:3-15. It was a good message from the Lord. We had a song and altar prayer. Sister Patsy dismissed us with prayer.
Our evening service began with Bro. Gregg calling all to come forward for the prayer circle. Prayer was led by Sister Juanita. We sang for the Lord. We had specials from Sister Peggy, Sister Sharron, Sister Juanita, Sister Carla and Autum. Bro. John completed the specials.
Bro. Gregg asked Bro. Bob to pray before Bro. Don Lunn gave the message. Bro. Don came forward and prayed and then began his message. He used scripture from several chapters from several books of the Bible. It was a good message from the Lord. Bro. John dismissed with prayer.
Our monthly dinner will be next Sunday the 17th, following morning services.
