NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS AND BIDDERS

Sealed bids for the CLASSROOM ADDITIONS TO THE DORA R-III SCHOOL, Dora, Missouri will be received at the office of the Superintendent for the Dora R-III School District, until 4:00 p.m. Thursday, November 6, 2014; and then publicly opened and read aloud.

Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the Superintendent’s office at the Dora School, 613 County Road 379, Dora, Missouri, from the office of the Architect, James E. Rutledge, Architect, 1039 S. Pickwick, Springfield, Missouri and from Engineers Reprographics, 1600 E. St. Louis Street, Springfield, Missouri (phone: 869-2222.)

Bidders must agree to comply with the provisions and requirements of the Missouri State Prevailing Wage Law.

There will be a pre-bid conference at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at the Superintendent’s office. All prospective Bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference.

The Dora R-III Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to determine award to the benefit of the School District.
