Leowen Nall

Leowen  Nall, 96 years, 6 months, and 13 days old, passed to Heaven on Jan. 24, 2016, at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare, Ava, Mo., with her family by her side.

Leowen was born July 11, 1919 in Coldsprings, Mo., to Andrew and Mary Catherine “Molly” (Hutchison) Proctor.

On Nov. 25, 1941, Leowen and Orville Franklin Nall were united in marriage and to this union five children were born.

Leowen was a homemaker and a Christian. She enjoyed quilting, word search puzzles, and watching game shows on TV. Most of all she loved being with her family and grand- and great-grandchildren.

Leowen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Orville in 1955; three children, Ronnie, Donnie and Janice Watson; and eight brothers and sisters.

Leowen is survived by two children, Gerald Wayne Nall and wife, Pat, and Kathy Stafford and husband, Terry, all of Ava, Mo.;
10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Inez Davis, Baldwin, Mo.; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Leowen were Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016  at 2 p.m. in the Turkey Creek Cemetery, Ava, Mo. Officiating was Pastor Oren Alcorn. Memorials may be made to Three Rivers Hospice, P.O. Box 303, Mtn. Grove, MO 65711. Services were conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, Mo.
