After prayer and singing we studied in our Sunday school lesson about the extent of Jesus’ divine power in the resurrection and life of Lazarus.

Gentry is having a Valentine dinner February 12th at 6:30 p.m. with pizza and games. Bring some of your games.

There is a archery center shot competition practice Friday, February 5th at 7 p.m for 4th graders and up.

Pastor Huskey’s morning message was from Psalms chapter 73, a psalm of Asaph watching the difference between the evil and the good. The wicked seem to prosper, but he says I am putting my trust in the Lord God. Life isn’t always fair, but God is. God says I am with you always.

In our evening service Bro. Randy Cottengim and his son did specials. Also, a special by the ladies, Janice Young, Glenda Miller, Faye Allen, Charlotte Reich, Wanda Casady and Sharon Welker.

This evening we had a guest speaker, Randy Cottengim, and family from Norwood with us. His message was from Luke, chapter 10, the good samaritan, we should show mercy and compassion for others. Let our light shine because others are watching our life.

Next week our guest speaker will be Bro. Toby Sanders in the morning 10 a.m. service and during the evening service at 6 p.m. Come and worship with us.
