In Cause No.15DG-CC00038 in the Circuit Court of Douglas County, State of Missouri, a judgment was entered on July 6, 2015 and recorded on July 15, 2015 in #151193 in favor of U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE3 for judgment and for enforcement of Deed of Trust executed by Jamie A. Loge and Jana M. Loge, Husband and Wife, dated December 8, 2006 and recorded on December 18, 2006 in Book 458, Page 80-98, as Document No. 063081 and amended by Judgment recorded on July 15, 2015 as Document #151193, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on October 13, 2015, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 11:30AM, at the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 SE Second Avenue, North Front door, Ava, MO 65608, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
