December 6, 2014 finds the children of Clarence and Doris Spurlock Singleton celebrating their annual Christmas in the home of Evelyn Singleton Cantwell.
Siblings started arriving on Thursday and Friday. By noon Saturday all had arrived and looking forward to John’s fried fish and hush puppies (actually) his wife Marty, makes the most wonderful hush puppies you have every eaten for John and his helpers to fry.
Much talking and catching up was done, until someone said “Let the pitch playing begin,” and that it did until Sunday afternoon when everyone had to start for home. We as a family feel so blessed, all six of us kids enjoy pretty good health, enjoy being together during the Christmas season. “God is so good all the time.”
