Memorial Day began with reading the devotional, many prayer requests, being thankful for our blessings, and opening prayer by Bro. Ric. Some of our regulars were out with illness.
Brother Ric read Deut. 8, speaking about keeping the commandments set down for us all those years ago. He is the same yesterday, today and forever, so they still apply to His people today.
We were blessed to have Brother Martin and Brother Derrik as veterans, with us today. We appreciate their service.
This Sunday we will have communion in the morning service, please join us if you can.
We had lots of folks pass through Mt. Tabor Cemetery this weekend, and a few weeks before, with beautiful flowers and other momentos.
