After congregational singing and prayer we studied in our Sunday school class about from suffering to glory. Our trials and tribulations that we endure seem as nothing when we see him in his glory. Because of his love for us, we can share in his glory.
Happy Anniversary wishes goes out to Gary and Ramona Henning.
Gentry is having a Mother’s Day luncheon at Ruby Gardens, May 3rd at 1 p.m.
Gentry was host for the fourth Sunday singing, good fellowship was had with the other churches even if the weather was a little rainy and stormy. The next singing is at Gentry again June 22nd.
Regina Lafferty missed church Sunday due to being with her mother in the hospital, so remember her and the rest of our prayer requests.
Pastor Lafferty’s morning message was from Luke, chapter nine. Deny yourself, take up your cross and follow me. Go into all the nations and don’t look back. Jesus always understands, be of good cheer. He has overcome the world.
