Mrs. Alene Turner began services today by reading John 11: 23-26.

Brother Leon Turner brought our Sunday School Lesson today about But Now. . . Victory. Please read 1 Corinthians 15:20-28. Victory is ours because Christ Arose! We have victory over death because Jesus conquered it for us and through Him.
The tomb is empty! When we receive Christ darkness turns to light, guilt turns to forgiveness and death to life. Are you excited about what God has for you? Our path here on earth will have peaks and valleys but God says He will never leave us or forsake us. Did you know that Fear Not is mentioned 365 times in the Bible? Is it a coincidence that is the same number of days in a year?
We have a choice between life and death, which one will you choose? If you reject Christ, you are a walking dead person!
What do you think Heaven will be like? What do you think hell will be like? Jesus took all the pain and suffering on the cross for you and me. He says you are worth it. We must never forget that God is on the throne and He ever loves and cares for His own. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. Romans 14:11.
Pastor Leonard Hart brought our message today about Is it Easter in your life? Please read Acts 2:27. Pastor Hart told us that being a pastor is the best job because the retirement benefits are out of this world! When you know God, you get the benefits. You shall have His love and protection in your life forever.
There have been some pretty great things happen in history. No matter what has or will happen, Resurrection Day is the very best day ever! Jesus conquered hell and the grave. No one else is capable of this nor ever will be. When we arise each morning we shouldn’t be down thinking of our long to do list, we should be thankful that He has given us eternal life. The fact that Jesus rose from the grave brings us happiness. Only you can ask Him into your heart, no one can do this for you.
God wants us just as we are. We don’t have to clean ourselves up and try to get right before coming to Him. He will do it for us.
Please join us for Sunday School at 9:45 a.m. and Worship Service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Leonard Hart.
