Red Bud News

A good morning to all our friends, neighbors and our readers. We hope everyone had a safe and good week.

We send get-well wishes to all the sick, the ones in the hospitals and the nursing homes. May you be up and about real soon.

Our sympathy to all who have lost loved ones. May God bless you in your time of sorrow. Our thoughts are with you.

Greetings to all who have a birthday at this time. May you have a great day with many more to come is our wish for you.

No news turned in so not much to write about for the village and the adventures of Norma is about the same. My car is down so I just bend and pat to most places I go. Bend the knee and pat the foot and keep on walking.

Our hats are off to Connie Burris as she came on Tuesday afternoon for our game day and we always look forward to that. She sure keeps us on our toes and does a great job of that. We had seven residents that attended for the event along with Connie.

I, Norma, spent Valentine’s Day at the farm with the girls and Jacob. Then back to town Saturday morning with Steven as he came to work.

My visitors the past week have been Jacob on Saturday; Steven, Naomi Watkins, Derek and Christina on Monday, also Peggy Greene as she came and we went to the Senior Citizens for the music jam event.

On Sunday I spent all day at the church as we had our monthly dinner and fellowship before the singing Sunday night.

Have a good week, stay safe, healthy and happy.

Keep smiling  and people will wonder what your are up to.

Jesus loves you.
