TRUSTEE’S SALE – Under the terms of the Deed of Trust executed by Christopher B. Stout and Shelly D. Stout, Husband and Wife dated 10/28/2005, and recorded on 10/31/2005 Book 441 Page 379 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Douglas County, MISSOURI, the undersigned Successor Trustee, will on 01/31/2014 at 1:00 PM at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 SE 2nd Ave. Ava, MO 65608, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash subject to the terms announced at the sale, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:

 

THE PART OF THE SW 1/4 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 27, RANGE 15, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE POINT WHERE THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF “OLD STATE HIGHWAY NO. 5” INTERSECTS THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 SE 1/4, THENCE RUN WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID FORTY, 210 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 210 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST AND TO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SAID OLD HIGHWAY NO. 5, THENCE FOLLOW SAID HIGHWAY IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. .
