“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, then he that is in the world,” 1 John 4:4.

Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after we sang. He read Psalm 147:1-11 for the devotion then dismissed us to class.

We sang Happy Birthday to Pastor David.

Brother Bobby Turley took up the tithes and offering.

Megan Goforth did the penny march for Camp Piland.

Pastor David sang then preached from Revelation 6.

Sunday evening began with singing. We had good testimonies in both services about prayers that God had answered. One was for someone that was sick and now getting better. The other was an answer to an urgent prayer for a family. God is so good to us and hears us when we ask.

Sister Theta sang a very good song.

Pastor David sang then preached God’s message from Mark 66:7-13. He asked what can we do for Jesus? The answer is to look to the scriptures and do as Jesus did. We should love everyone, help each other, and depend on God. A very good message.

Please pray for all the sick, Wilma Sanders, Fanya Scott, Andi McSwain, Turley family, unsaved, unspoken, bereaved, military, and each other.

May God bless you all this week and may we each be a blessing to Him.
