Kristie came by Friday morning and picked up a birthday cake for Elizabeth Bock.
I went to the nursing home and took a small carrot cake and cut it up into small pieces and gave 11 people a taste of my cake and I visited with Marie while I was there.
Saturday night by 10 p.m. I had two inches of rain.
Evelyn Bryan came about one and brought me a Christmas gift. Nina Carter came with some Christmas gifts and then we went to Ozark to the Stained Glass Theatre and saw the play about “Keeping Watch” and was it ever good that was the last day of it and I was glad the weather was good because we had cancelled once. After it was over we came to Ava and went to Ruby’s Café and Nina treated me to supper and it was good.
It was good to back in chrch. I stopped by the Madewell’s and gave them a Christmas gift and card and then I stopped at Ruth Shumate’s and took her Christmas cards and a bag of goodies. I got home and ate my lunch. Lakota came from basketball practice and she helped me put up my Christmas tree and she did most of it. I just got things out of her way. I fed her a sandwich before she started.
Keep all those prayers going for all the sick folks because the list keeps growing.
My prayers and sympathy go out to all who have lost a loved one.
Keep praying for our Nation and our leaders and the men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training.
