God had given us another beautiful day, let us be thankful.
There were many special requests for prayer. God hears and handles every one according to His glory. I forget things, but “praise the Lord, He don’t.”
Gary preached on Genesis 3, the tree in the middle of the garden that God told them they could not eat there of or even touch.
God gives us so much, but there are some trees we are told not to partake of or even touch them.
The human species have a habit, when told do not, we will.
God is a loving, caring God, but when He says, “thou shall not,” we need to listen.
Satan is always close by to tell us “its really okay,” to eat there of (deceit) and we can usually talk our selves into the doing (desire).
When we partake of the forbidden tree we have been (defeated) and we realize we are naked before God.
Down through the ages it has been so, but we can go to the Father and ask forgiveness.
Aren’t we thankful He is a loving and forgiving God?
This Sunday evening we are going to be blessed with Cold Creek Cowboy band from the Cowboy Church.
I am sure God will bless with a message in songs.
Come join us at the corner of N.W. 6th Ave. and N.W. 7th St. at 6:00 p.m.
Come prepared for a blessing.
