Ken and Debbie Cederlind came down Saturday to Bonnie Phipps and visited with her then the three of them went over to see Cecilia Edwards for a while and then they brought Bonnie home and they went back home that night.
Lonnie and Pamela Crim and family came to Ava and went to church with Bonnie, Roy and Linda Sue and they stayed and ate dinner at the church and they all went on over to Roy and Linda Freeman’s home where they all visited. Those there were Roy and Linda Freeman, Bonnie Phipps, Cecilia Edwards, Lonnie and Pamela Crim, Logan, Alexa and Paola, Matt, Madison, Sydnee and Alexis Freeman and Danny Thurman.
I went to town last Monday and took my news and some eggs in and then I went by Justin Coonce’s and took Jett two winter coats that Vernal and Ellen had sent down so he could start wearing them. After that I went to the Ava Cemetery and listened to the Veteran program that they put on and then they had us to put a flag on some of the graves and I put one on Jake Rackley’s grave. When I started home I stopped by and visited with Marie Dickey.
That night Carol Moore, Mary Martha Williams and I went to Mansfield to their O.E.S. Installation of New Officers. I only received .1/2 of an inch of rain last week.
I had Jett Wednesday and Thursday and Kendra picked him up at noon on Thursday. That evening I went with Tom and Mary Martha Williams to Theodosia to their O.E.S. Installation of New Officers.
I took eggs to the ladies at the courthouse Friday. I went over and saw Marie Dickey Saturday and that day Chad and Mark Weston came and picked up my table to use.
Sunday after church I went up to Ozark to see my sister and help her celebrate her birthday which would be the next day but I couldn’t go that day. She is one year younger than I am. When I got back to town it was too late to go to Bible study so I went by John and Jo’s and picked up my crockpot and pea salad pan before I came on home.
Jo said she was doing lots better.
My prayers and sympathy go out to all who have lost a loved one.
Lets keep those prayers going for all the sick folks because there are lots of them out there.
Pray for our nation and the leaders and the men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training.
