We had 23 present in church today. Please pray for Kim Watson, Sue Bennett, Bailey Bennett, Mike Shoemaker, Harold Clayton, Donna Lawson and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Graham.
Mrs. Alene Turner began services this morning by reading 1 Corinthians 15:18.
Our Sunday School lesson today was about Jesus is Crucified and Raised. Please read Mark 15:33-39 and Mark 16:1-7.
Do you ever ask God, “Where are you?” when times are bad. We don’t know God’s reasons for why things happen in our lives. One thing that we do know is that God will never leave us or forsake us, please read Deuteronomy 31:8. God gives us each a different cup to drink of, will we drink of it gladly? Our job in this life is to bring glory to God, how can we do that?
God understands that we are human and that we are going to mess up. God sent His only son, Jesus, who was totally without sin to die for our sins!
The more we seek God, the more of Himself He will reveal to us through prayer, fasting and reading the Bible. He will guide and show us many wonderful things. These things will help us fulfill our destiny that He has for each and every one of His children.
Today’s Sermon was about God desiring the best for our lives. Please read 1 Timothy 2 and James 5:16.
We must know that God loves each and every person in the world! We must do our best to tell everyone we see this good news. Salvation is at your door today, will you answer the knock? If you don’t have a church home, please join us for Sunday School at 10 a.m. and Worship Services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Barry DeWeese.
