Congratulations to my granddaughter, Brittany, and husband, Edwin Torres of Kansas who found out they are having a baby girl to be born in January around my birthday.

My granddaughter, Onna Bushong, works at the Acrobats of China in Branson. She is going to go to China with some of the Acrobats in September for two weeks. The trip was a birthday present from her boss for her thirtieth birthday in May. She is very excited about going.

Melanie Breeding (also my granddaughter) went to Jefferson City Tuesday and Wednesday on business. Lora Koop went with her.

Donna Dodson, Reece and Megan Goforth, Quin and Macee Breeding were here on Tuesday evening. Donna took them to school to open house.

My sympathy to the families of June (Parsons) Byerley and Darrell Bell. I went to school with June and have known Darrell a long time.

Get-well wishes to my sister, Jo Stephens. She found out she has a bulging disc in her back that is very painful. She is taking physical therapy at home. Gene and Rheba Pool visited her on Sunday.

Virgie (Bushong) Himeobin of Rogersville is in the nursing home at Seymour.

Donna took me shopping on Saturday and visited awhile.

Debra Reed of Kansas called on Sunday.

Reece Goforth visited Datona and her family on Saturday. He, Megan, Quin and Macee all spent Saturday night with David and Donna. Bryse Dodson, Quin, Macee, and Megan spent Tuesday night with them. Reece went home with Hunter Downs Tuesday night.

Megan visited Jessica Schneweis on Wednesday.

Amy Hill, Challa and Axle attended the Thursday night music at the Ava Theatre.
