“Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him,” James 1:12.

Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after we sang. He read II Chronicles 7:12-18 for the devotion then dismissed us to class.

Please pray for Wilma Sanders, Quin Breeding, Pete Turley and family, Dana Brazeal and family, Dara and Bailey Strong, the Albert Erickson family and all the other bereaved, Mike Dodson, unsaved, unspoken, Camp Piland, country and leaders, military and each other. We praise God for the good rain and had good testimonies. We sang Happy Anniversary to Bobby and Angie Turley and to John and Zamber Little. We wish them many more. Bobby Turley took up the tithes and offerings to the Lord. Aliviya Wharton, Quin Breeding and Macee Breeding all did the penny march for Camp Piland. Pastor David sang then preached from Luke 13 in the morning service. In the evening service he sang then preached from Zephaniah 2:1-3. Seek ye the Lord. We must seek God’s ways through his Word, through prayer, and through worship. God set aside one day a week to worship. Our salvation is a gift from God and requires work to keep it and protect it.

We are starting a study in James this Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. Please join us if you can.

May God bless you all this week.
