NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF PROJECT
Pursuant to Section 177.088 of
the Revised Statutes of Missouri
Ava R-I School District of
Douglas County, Missouri
Notice is hereby given to those persons residing within Ava R-I School District of Douglas County, Missouri (the “District”) that a meeting of the Board of Education of the District (the “Board”) will be held on February 21, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the District’s Board of Education Room, 507 NE 3rd Street, Ava, Missouri at which meeting the Board will consider a lease-purchase project in order to provide for the acquisition, construction, improvement, extension, repair, remodeling, renovation and financing of sites, buildings, facilities, furnishings and equipment, including the construction, furnishing and equipping of new athletic facilities pursuant to Section 177.088 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
