Red Bud News

A good morning to all our friends, neighbors, and our readers.  We hope everyone had a good weekend, although it was a wet one.  A good day to be inside unless you were a duck.  So much for my weather report.

We send get well wishes to all the sick, the ones in the hospitals and nursing homes, our sympathy to all who have lost loved ones.  May God bless you in your time of sorrow.  Our thoughts are with you.

We also send greetings to everyone who has a birthday at this time.  May you have a great day with many more to come.

This news from the desk of Lois Graham; On Sunday, Lois went with her nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Randall Graham, to see her brother Floyd Graham, as he had came home from the hospital.  He went in on the 2nd of February, came home the 13th of March.  I enjoyed getting to see him.

On Friday afternoon, I (Norma) drove to West Dogwood to spend some time with the girls and Jacob.  Then on Saturday afternoon, Amy, Jacob, Naomi and I went to Sparta to the park where Jacob could spend part of his energy on the playground there.  It was a nice place for a picnic or just to visit and spend some time outdoors.

No other news turned in, but I heard that Wanda Hutchinson, came and took Fae Pruett out for her birthday.  They went sight seeing and ate out.  Maybe more details later on.

If you have news, just let us know.  Have a good week and stay warm, happy, and healthy.

Until next week, check on the shut-in if we have the snow that they are talking about for the weekend.  Give a smile, you won’t miss it, and it may brighten someone’s day. Jesus loves you.
