NOTICE UPON ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

The State of Missouri to Respondents John Doe, and the unknown consorts, heirs, devisees, donees, alienees, successors, assigns, and immediate or remote voluntary or involuntary grantees of Bethel Southern Baptist Church.  You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Douglas, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is a Petition for Quiet Title.

The legal description of the land described in Petitioner’s petition is as follows:

That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twenty-Seven (27), Range Twelve (12), described as beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly Right-of-way line of farm to Market Highway “F” with the Westerly Right-of-way line of Farm to market “D” as described in Paragraph “A” of Right-of-way deed of Record in book 1200 at page 313 Deed Records of Douglas County and run South following the said Westerly right of way line of said highway “D” 210 feet, thence West 320 feet, thence north to point of intersection with the Southerly right of way line of said Farm to Market Highway “F”, and thence following said right of way line of said highway “F” to the point of beginning. In the event the second party, The Bethel Southern Baptist Church, Vanzant, Missouri, should cease to occupy and use said real estate for church and religious purposes, then in that case said real estate to become the property of Douglas-Ozark Baptist Association (herein, the “Property”).

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 14th day of February, 2013, judgment by default will be rendered against you.

It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Douglas County Herald, a newspaper of general circulation published in Douglas County, Missouri.
