On Saturday, Jan. 26, during the Conway Tournament, Gastineau scored his 1,000th career point in the game with Warsaw. Also in that game, Gastineau set a new Ava High School single game scoring record with 55 points. That broke the previous record of 46 points held by Pete Leonard.
