T.O.P.S.

Meeting called to order October 2, 2012 by Sharon. We had 14 weigh-in with 10-1/4 lbs lost. High loser was Rachel. Kathleen, Judy, Sam and Sue all stayed the same.

Kathleen had the lesson from TOPS123.com website.
