For default in the payment of debt secured by a deed of trust executed by Jerry F Mainus and Mary E Mainus, dated October 15, 2008, and recorded on November 5, 2008, Document No. 082286 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on September 4, 2012, at 1:00 PM, at the Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, Ava, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

The following described real property lying, being and situate in the County of Douglas, State of Missouri, to wit:

All that part of the Southwest Quarter Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 26, Range 14, Lying East of Highway “C” and being described as follows:

Beginning on the north line of said Southwest Quarter Northwest Quarter where the North line intersects the East Right-of-Way of Highway “C”, thence Southerly along the East Right-of-Way of Highway “C” 197 feet for the place of beginning, thence East 210 feet, thence South 210 feet, thence West to the East Right-of-Way line of Highway “C”, thence North along the East Right-of-Way of Highway “C” to the place of beginning.

Being the same premises as conveyed in deed from the United State of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration Recorded 02/05/1988, in Book 242, Page 44 in said County of State MORE CORRECTLY DESCRIBED AS
