Debbie Cederlind came down Friday evening after work to her mothers, Bonnie Phipps, and stayed until Saturday evening.

Debbie bought some pizza Friday and took them over to Michael Freeman’s where they celebrated all the August birthdays and Matthew’s, which was in June, I think. Those present were Debbie, Bonnie, Cecilia, Roy, Sue, Moe, Kaylynn, Alaya, Michael, Wendee, Matthew, Madison, Sydnee and Alexis.

Little Wylie Vigessa will be 5 August 23rd. Happy Birthday, Wylie!

Last Monday Mike came by and filled up my propane tank and that evening Tom and Mary Martha Williams, Marie Dickey, Carol. Moore, Doris Morrison and Hellen Blakey all went to Plato to their O.E.S. meeting where they initiated a couple and then it was their Friendship night so it was a long night.

Kay Hutchison picked up my news last Tuesday and then that evening Nina Carter stopped and had supper with me.

Tara brought Jett over Wednesday and that morning James came by and played with him before he went to work.

That evening I went by Jewell and Tom Elliott’s, Harold and Kay Hutchison’s and Bessie Hall’s before I went to church for Bible study and those there were Nina Carter, Martin Hathcock, Don and Evelyn Bryan, Jewell Elliott and me.

Tara brought Jett by Thursday and James came by in the afternoon to see Jett while he was waiting on Lakota.

We had a good rain that night and by eight I had six-tenths of an inch and by Friday morning I had another six-tenths of an inch. Sunday I got one and a half inches of rain.

Wednesday evening I took eggs into town to the eye doctor and then Friday I took some more eggs into town then I got me some medicine and then went by Martin and Mary Ann’s before I stopped and got some groceries.

Saturday I went to Springfield and saw Donna Fleetwood and helped her celebrate her birthday a day early, then I went by Vernal and Ellen’s, but Vernal was working and I didn’t see him, but I got to talk to him then I went down to Ozark where I stopped and visited with my sister, Margaret Allen, and daughter, Brenda Henslee, and her grandson, Skyler, before I came on home.

Mark, Sherry and Mark Weston came by Sunday afternoon while it was raining and then after I went to church, Monica and Joel Reemes came by. I received a call from Margaret Rosseau and she said that Betty DeChenne’s youngest daughter, Karie Hanger, had passed away.

Lets keep our sick folks in our prayers. My prayers and sympathy goes out to the Karie Hanger family and all the others who have lost a loved one.

Keep our leaders and the men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training in your prayers.
