Billy Fletcher, his friends, Edgar and Sharon Stewart, joined with the Star Workers Club for lunch at the Rusty Spur in Seymour, last Tuesday. This was in recognition of Mother’s Day.

Sunday, after church, Billy Fletcher, Mike and Linda Wilson, and Edgar and Sharon Stewart had Mother’s Day Dinner at the Hayloft in Mountain Grove.

Billy Fletcher, Doris Holman, and Stanley Goodrich went out to Fred and Charlie Lindberg’s for supper, Sunday evening.

James DeGase visited with Tom and Jewell Johnson last week.

Norma Stillings attended a meeting of the Douglas and Ozark Counties Retired Teachers and Other School Personnel at the Pizza Hut, last Tuesday. Cinita Brown talked about the work she is doing on her Day family and Brown/Burden family histories. She is going beyond just making note of genealogies and telling the stories that have been handed down.

Norma was happy to have the Nubbin Ridge Homemakers Club meet at her home, Thursday, with Bobby Priddy as hostess. Norma visited at the Heart of the Ozarks, Friday afternoon and went back Saturday morning to play the piano.

Debra Bohnstedt of Springfield attended the Mother/Daughter Banquet with her mother, Norma Stillings at Bethany Baptist Church, Saturday.
