Billy Fletcher had lunch with the Needle and Thimble Quilt Club, Wednesday at the Rusty Spur in Seymour. Carl and Joan Fletcher stopped by for a visit with Billy, Saturday. Billy visited his Aunt Jean Daugherty, Saturday evening. Billy and his friend, Carol Riggs, went out for dinner at Fred and Charlie Lindberg’s to celebrate Fred’s birthday, Sunday evening.

Norma Stillings and the Douglas County Homemakers Clubs were hosts for the Douglas/Ozark/Wright Counties Extension Clubs’ “Spring Fling” which was held at the Bethany Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, Tuesday, April 17. Douglas County has two clubs, Nubbin Ridge Homemakers and Star Workers. Norma attended the April meeting of the Support the Handicapped Board, Tuesday evening. She rested Wednesday and then visited the Heart of the Ozarks Health Care Center, Thursday afternoon.

Norma drove to Mansfield to play the piano for the residents at Rocky Ridge, Friday afternoon, and back to Heart of the Ozarks to play the piano there, Saturday morning. Several members of Norma’s family, Dan Stillings, Alan Stillings, Tom Stillings and a friend, Ben Horton, met Saturday afternoon to help Stanley celebrate a birthday. Kim Stamper and Debra Bohnstedt came by later in the evening.
