Gentry Church

Opening prayer to start our morning service was by Doug Miller.

After the congregational singing, in our classes, we studied the importance of  using wisdom in the choices that we make.  We all have been in situations where we have had to make difficult decisions and its times like this, that we need the wisdom that comes from God.

Special song was by little Chloe Young and Mackenzie Horseman.

The church is having swimming, March 10th at the Seymour YMCA, at 2 p.m.

Pastor Hall’s morning message was from II Timothy, chapter 4:1-8.

The church should be looking for the coming of Christ.  Watch and do the work of the Lord, be ready because a crown of righteousness, which the Lord shall give, is waiting for those who love the Lord.

In our Sunday evening service, we had testimonies and our special songs were by Charlotte Reich and Pauline Welker.

Brother Hall’s message was from John, chapter 6:31-51.  Jesus says, “I am the bread that comes down from Heaven.  I am the bread of life.  The bread continues to sustain our life.
