Black Oak Church

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself,” Matthew 6:33-34.

Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after we sang. He read Psalms 8 for the devotion. Pastor David prayed and Brother Roy dismissed us to class.

Please pray for Jr. Berry, Quin Breeding, Dailyn Stanifer, Wanda Goss’ son, all the bereaved, Rick Bailey, unspoken, Ethyl Versaw, unsaved, military, country and each other.

We had some back who had been sick and several out. We pray everyone is well.

Happy Birthday to Nancy Bailey, March 7 and Preston Adams on March 9.

Hope Harvill, Sara Maggard and Macee Breeding did the Penny March for Camp Piland. Hunter Adams and Macee sang a special for us. Pastor David sang then preached from Matthew 24 and Matthew 6 on how so many are worried about the end of the year and end times coming that they are not making things right today. So many seem so unconcerned about their salvation and are not putting God first in their lives.

Sunday evening worship began with singing. Pastor David sang then preached from I Chronicles 13 on being disobedient to God.

Please join us if you are looking for a church family. We would love to have you come worship with us.

May God bless you all as you walk with Him.
