Violators Sentenced At February Law Day

On Tuesday, Feb. 7, during law day in Douglas County, Judge John Moody sentenced individuals to prison sentences.

Joshua Lahammer, 28, of Falcon, was sentenced to five years in prison for second-degree burglary after Judge Moody revoked his probation due to violation reports from Probation and Parole.

Autumn Risley, 28, Seymour, was sentenced to three years in prison for DWI-persistent offender, after her probation was revoked due to violations with Probation and Parole.

Damon Riley, 32, Ava, was sentenced to three years in prison for tampering with a motor vehicle first-degree, for events that occurred Sept. 26, 2011, in Douglas County.

Dwight H. Lakey, 21, Ava, was sentenced to three years in prison on two counts of second-degree burglary for events that occurred on Jan. 7, 2012, and Oct. 21, 2011, in Douglas County.
