Two Men Sentenced
Charles Clark, of Ava, pleaded guilty to the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance here Tuesday and was sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections.
Clark was charged with possession of Xanax without a prescription, according to Prosecuting Attorney Chris Wade.
Daniel Johnson, of Caulfield, entered a guilty plea to the Class C felony of stealing at Tuesday’s Douglas County Law Day and was sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections. Johnson was charged with stealing copper wire from Ava Building Supply.
