JUDGMENT UPON PETITION FOR NAME CHANGE
On this 3rd day of February, 2015, the Petition of CHRISTOPHER NATHANIEL GROGRAN, by and through his attorney or record, Karen A. Bates-Crouch, BATES-CROUCH LAW OFFICE, LLC, comes on to be heard, and after fully examining said Petition, as to the reason for said desired name change, it is found that said name change is proper and that it will not be detrimental to the interest of any persons.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the name of CHRISTOPHER NATHANIEL GROGAN, born July 7, 1995, be changed to that of CHRISTOPHER DEATHERAGE.
