We began with singing, asked to pray for our many requests, and thanked Him for His blessings.
Brother Ric read from Romans 5, as well as several others, to emphasize his point that charity is the greatest of all gifts. If we don’t have charity, or love, then we have nothing.
Our Sunday night study about the last week before the crucifixion is very interesting, join us if you can.
Mae Cox continues to improve and has had several visitors: Joe Cox, Tom and Donna Nichols, Lisa Johnson and Jesse, Hellen Blakey, Evelyn Bryan, Shirley Collier and Kay Hutchison.
Mary Ann and Martin Hathcock are feeling a little better, but still have room for improvement. Their visitors were Rosie Harris, Wes and Pat Smith, Jan Jones, Jim and Jo Hathcock, Liz and Jori, Eleazar and Ronda Soto and Kay Hutchison.
Tom and Jewell Elliott have almost finished their trips to Springfield. Hopefully this will be the beginning of better health for Tom. Their visitors this week were James Elliott and Tim Hall, Saturday, Jerry and Lena Wagner and Lloyd Tate on Sunday.
Harold and Kay Hutchison attended a surprise birthday party for his sister, Lucille DeBerry, in Springfield, Saturday afternoon. Lucille’s children, some of her grandchildren and great grandchildren, co-workers and friends also attended, and enjoyed cake and punch, cards and gifts.
Harold and Kay Hutchison also visited his sister, Barbara Cooper, while they were in Springfield.
