Last Thursday, we welcomed David Williams and citizen Cheyenne Lafferty and her mother Dana as well as Judge Elizabeth Bock. Citizen Derek Lane was unable to attend and is scheduled to come in March.
After some discussion, we decided to postpone our Benefit Volleyball Tournament that was scheduled for March 9. A new date will be finalized soon. Meanwhile, if you are interested in playing on a team contact Jayma Potter at (417) 543-0745.
Other topics of discussion were Kiwanis One Day, which is April 6, Child Abuse Awareness Events and Chamber Awards Banquet. We are sponsoring a table this year. In addition, some students came by with the opportunity to sponsor an ad in the yearbook which we did.
