Bonnie Phipps said she got a call from her granddaugther, Courtnie Vigessa, in North Dakota and she said they were getting lots of snow.
I received one-tenths of an inch of rain last Monday, three-tenths of an inch of rain Thursday and one inch by Sunday morning.
Tara brought Jett over last Monday and that evening I went to my O.E.S. meeting here in Ava.
Tara brought Jett over last Tuesday and Justin picked him up and then Ellis came by after he got off work and he had a flat before he got here.
I went to town Wednesday looking for a dress and I went to three different places and I couldn’t find any that was for me so I went by the nursing home before coming on home.
I went to Ozark Thursday to the doctor for my bloodwork and then I went to Springfield where I found a dress.
I came back to Ozark and stopped and visited with my sister, Margaret Allen, before I came on home. Mark had been here and left me some eggs. Violet stopped by and picked up her eggs. Friday was tax time then I took my car and got it inspected and then went and got my license renewed and new tags for my plates, after doing all that I stopped by the nursing home and visited with the people there.
Saturday morning I went to the beauty shop and got my hair cut then I took a birthday card down to Ava Drug and gave it to Andrea Shea for her oldest daughter, Cecelia, who will turn six on the 11th.
Monica came up Saturday evening and spent the night and went to church with me Sunday, after we got home Vernal, Ellen and Joel’s, mother, Lucy Glaze, was here and then we went over to the lodge hall where my children were giving me a birthday party. I will write about it next week. I will say it turned out great and Nina Carter helped Monica set it up.
Lets keep all our sick folks in our prayers because there are lots out there.
My prayer and sympathy goes out to all who have lost a loved one.
