11-19-12. Well as usual there’s not too much going on right now. I think I forgot to write a letter last week. We went up to the Cities last week on Tuesday just long enough for him to run his errands, get a haircut, eat lunch and then come on back.
Then Thursday we went to Tipton for a few reasons, Saturday we went to daughter, Anita and Carl’s for our family Thanksgiving dinner. It was good as always and as always I took green bean casserole and carmel apple pecan pie. Walt took a big pumpkin pie. Anita said she already had two of those so we brought the remainder of ours home. Attending the dinner were Anita, Carl, Carl’s brother Ray, Carl’s daughter Chasity, her fiancee and their sweet baby girl named Ember Rain, Anita’s son Jared, Carrie and Zoie, Lisa’s son Jacob, Anita’s Dad Trevis, Walt and yours truly. The only two missing were Lisa and Joe. I guess Lisa was busy at the restaurant. Jacob said he had worked there that morning bussing tables for her. Lisa used to get Saturdays off, but I guess she may have to be there every day now to run things. I guess we’ll soon find out as we’re going to Muscatine in a few minutes where we will do our shopping and stop in and eat and find out more from Lisa.
So take care of yourselves and bye, bye for now.
