Douglas County Coroner Rick Miller has informed the Herald an inquest on the August 30 shooting death of David Phillips will convene at a later date. Miller said the first inquest was postponed due to scheduling issues.
He noted that after appropriate agencies confer on Nov. 16, a new time will be announced.
