Our morning service opened with Sister Naomi welcoming all. We sang for Jesus and had many prayer requests. Prayer was led by Sister Mary. Sister Naomi read scripture from Isaiah 55:10-11.
Sunday school began with leader, Sister Naomi, leading in prayer. Our lesson was in II Corinthians 9:1-15. We had class comments and discussion. It was a very good lesson. Coins For Christ was gathered by our little angel. We sang Happy Anniversary to Bro. Gregg and Carla Moseley.
It was then time to sing for the Lord. The choir was in good voice. It is such a blessing to sing the good old hymns. We gave our gifts to the Lord and Sister Juanita blessed them. Sister Peggy sang a special.
Bro. Gregg Moseley brought the message for the morning service. He prayed and used scripture from I Kings 5:1-5, II Samuel 7:1-21 and John 14:1-3. Great message from the Lord. We closed with a song and altar prayer. Sister Patsy dismissed us with prayer.
Opening the evening service with our prayer circle. It was a full circle and we had many prayer requests. Prayer was led by Sister Carla Moseley. We sang for the Lord and had specials from Bro. Dale and Sister Peggy. Bro. Gregg brought us a good message from the Lord. He prayed and used scripture from John 20:1-10. We had testimonies from the congregation. We closed with prayer from Sister Mary.
We have our quarterly meeting Friday night, October 26 at 7:30 p.m. at Seymour Freewill Baptist Church, Seymour, MO.
Our Fourth Saturday Night Singing will be the 27th at 7:00 p.m. Come and join us for some good music and fellowship at Happy Home Church. Bring your instruments and songs and sing praises to the Lord.
