Monday, I drove my son-in-law, Paul Johnson, back to Springfield to see Dr. Wyrsch, who removed some of the skin from his infected finger. Honie still had a headache, that was why I was driving again. On Tuesday Honie was too sick to leave home so I drove Paul to his regular doctor in Sparta.
Tuesday evening Connie and Levi Linder dropped in at our house for a visit.
On Wednesday I drove Paul back to Springfield to see Dr. Wyrsch. The doctor cut some more skin off his finger. The red-line going up his arm from the blood posion was gone now. Honie was still too sick to go anywhere.
Friday, Gary and I went to Dave and Karla Eslinger’s home. They are doing some remodeling. While we were there, their daughter, Kathy and boyfriend came and later the oldest daughter and family.
Saturday evening Gary and I went to Theodosia to Vic and Jean Plante’s. They wanted to take us to Branson to eat out to celebrate our 40th anniversary.
Congratulations to Eddie and Lola Mayberry. They celebrated their 40th anniversary on Sunday with dinner after church at church. They were married a day after we were.
This past week we were blessed with a good rain.
