The annual Coonts family reunion was held Aug. 11, at the Ava Lions club building.
Those attending from out of state were: Cathy Craig and Pat Engright of Stockton, Ill.; Connie, Cara, and Aislynne Downs of Lanark, Ill.; and Jim Coonts of Bettendorf, Iowa.
Attending from Missouri were: Lena Mary Coonts Gerdts and Jed L. Cope of Kansas City; Faye Coonts Pfister of Branson; Glenda Mae Williams and Rusty Bell of Seymour; David and Sue Coonts, of Cabool; Dean Coonts and Danny Joe Coonts of Vanzant; and Dale and Corrine Coonts Bell of Hartville.
Attending from Ava were: Jackie Coonts, Peggy Coonts Bell, Sherry Bell, Gordon, Sharon, Sharadon Bell and Chance Smith; Geneva Coonts Heinlein, Terry, Steven, Jennifer, Gracie, Cory, and Cole Heinlein; Matthew, Becky, Mason, and Mekia Heinlein, Michael and Teona Heinlein and Casey; Gary (Kink) Shelton, Larry, Norma, Logan, Alan, Gary, Richelle, Courtney, Trae, and Hunter Shelton; Aundria Reynolds, Lois Rush, Rose Zella Myers, Katie Hodges, Colton Coonts, and Cody Douglas.
