While I was talking to Bonnie Phipps Sunday evening her daughter, Cecilia Edwards, went out and emptied Bonnie’s rain gage and she had two inches in it.
Tara brought Jett over last Tuesday for the day and Justin picked him up that evening, Kay Hutchison picked my news up and took it in, Connie Mitchell came by and later on Jo Stephens came and picked a chair up that I didn’t need and she did.
Wednesay I received two-tenths of an inch of rain and then Sunday I received 1.8 of an inch of rain and I think the Lord for ever drop of it.
Wednesday evening we had a business meeting at Mt. Tabor Church and then afterwards we had Bible study and those who stayed were Nina Carter, Don and Evelyn Bryan, Jewell Elliott and Hellen Blakey.
Nina dropped me off some peaches Thursday before going on into town, Mark came by later and had the hedge apples that Connie Miller had picked for me and I sure appreciate her for sending them to me.
Friday I went to town and paid bills and took some eggs in and then I put gas in my car and got some groceries before coming on home.
Mark and Mark Weston brought me some cucumbers and I canned them that night and I got nine quarts out of them.
Saturday I sat and picked walnut goodies out that I had already cracked.
Sunday Mark and Mark Weston brought me some eggs that evening.
Lets keep those prayers going for all our sick folks.
