I talked with Bonnie Phipps Sunday afternoon and she was doing just fine and had went to church.
I took my news in last Monday and delivered some eggs too. Evelyn Bryan brought me a bucket of peaches last Tuesday and James came by later then Mark brought me some eggs and some cucumbers and I got nine quarts of pickles.
Kendra and Lakota came by later on and I gave Kendra her birthday card and that was the day of her birthday, that evening Mary Martha Williams, Marie Dickey, Carol Moore and Hellen Blakey all went to Mountain Grove to there O.E.S. Meeting where Hellen helped to initiate a lady into their chapter.
Carol Moore took me to my eye doctor Wednesday and everything checked out okay and when we got back to Ava I went by Justin and Tara’s for a while before going home.
Mark and Mark Weston brought me some eggs in Thursday for the people at the eye clinic so when I took them in I went on over to Marin and Mary Ann Hathcock’s and took them their anniversary card. Mary Ann said she wasn’t feeling too good that day. I received .2 of an inch Thursday and .4 on Sunday. Evelyn Bryan and Hellen Blakey took food from the ladies from Mt. Tabor Church to the Piland Youth Camp Thursday and helped in the kitchen.
Mark, Sherry and Mark Weston came Saturday and helped me eat some fish I had cooked, it was the last bag in my deep freeze. Raymond Haden brought the message at Mt. Tabor Church Sunday and Raymond and Naida sung a song that I had never heard and was it ever beautiful, if a person would just listen to the words in a song they have so many messages in them.
Sunday after church I stopped by Lloyd and Ruth Shumate’s and Lloyd wasn’t feeling too good that morning.
Keep those prayers going for our sick folks because there are so many out there that are sick.
My prayers and sympathy go out to the Bob Barnum family and all the others that have lost a loved one.
Lets keep praying for our leaders and the men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training.
