I talked with Bonnie Sunday and she said that she had went to church Sunday.
I went to Ozark last Monday and saw the doctor and she said I had a bad infection in my sinus and when I left there I went by ny niece, Brenda Henslee’s and visited a while before coming on to Ava where I picked up my medicine before going on hom.
Kay Hutchison picked my news up last Tuesday.
Mark brought some eggs by Wednesday and I took them into town to the girls that evening. Ric and Lisa stopped by and took me to Bible Study and the others that were there were Nina Carter, Don and Evelyn Bryan and Jewell Elliott and there will be no Bible Study this Wednesday night.
I was in town Thursday so I went by Anita Smith’s and took her a birthday card and gift.
Thursday evening Nina Carter came by and took me with her to the Ava Community Center where we listened to the candidates talk, I thought it was very interesting because you got to see who the person was that was talking.
Nina stopped by Friday evening and dropped some things off before going on home.
Saturday evening I went down to Don and Evelyn Bryan’s where they were finally having their Fourth of July Picnic and it was warm at first, but when the sun went down it was nice. I counted nineteen there all together.
Sunday afternoon Mt. Tabor Church went to the nursing home and sung some songs. We had a good turn out to listen and lots to help us sing.
Sunday night Ric Engelhardt’s son Zohn brought us the message and it was good.
Lets keep our sick folks in our prayers.
My sympathy and prayers go out to the Marvin Delp family and all the others that have lost a loved one.
Lets keep our leaders and the men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training in our prayers.
