“Behold the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear,” Isaiah 59:1.
Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after we sang. He read Micah 6:1-8 for the devotion. Pastor David prayed for the prayer requests and Brother Roy dismissed us to class.
It was good to have those back who had been gone. We still have some out who have had a busy summer.
Please pray for Evelyn Adams, Wanda Goss and family, John and Zamber Little, Wyatt and Liviya, Betty Satterfield, Rick Bailey and family, special unspoken, unsaved, military, country and leaders, Camp Piland and each other.
The children studied Noah’s Ark about the Rainbow which is God’s promise to us.
Macee Breeding, Quin Breeding and Dailyn Stanifer did the penny march for Camp Piland.
We had good testimonies in both services. We thank God for answers of prayers.
Brother Bobby Turley took up the tithes and offerings.
Pastor David sang then preached from several scriptures, Genesis 39:7-19, I Peter 5:6 and 5:8, Joshua 4:24, Psalms 89:13 and 98:1 on temptation and how we should flee from it and turn to God for help with it.
Sunday evening was our singing night. We had good testimonies, scripture reading and singing. We appreciate all who participated.
