Preschool Screening At Bradleyville School On Tuesday, April 24

The Bradleyville Elementary School will be hosting a kindergarten screening for all upcoming 2012-13 kindergarten students.  This event will be held on Tuesday, April 24, from 8:20 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. at Bradleyville School.  Parents and children will be able to:

• Meet the kindergarten teacher, school nurse, and elementary principal

• View the kindergarten classroom

• Receive kindergarten readiness screening

• Enroll their student after the screening. (When parents register their child, they must show the child’s birth certificate, immunization form, proof of residence and Social Security card.)

“We encourage all upcoming kindergarten parents and students to attend,” says Hannah Gailey, Bradleyville kindergarten teacher.  “Not only will you be helping the district project enrollment for our kindergarten class, but also your child may become more excited and comfortable about coming to school.”

School officials ask that you please pass this information on to anyone you know in the Bradleyville District who will have a student starting kindergarten next year.  Please call 417-796-2288 to make an appointment.

In addition to screening, there will also be preschool enrollment available.
